Insurance guidance is on its way.

A more defensible property can matter to your insurer. Colorado has directed insurers to offer discounts for defensible homes starting July 2026, and Utah’s scoring law is moving the same direction. Any discount is the insurer’s decision, not ours. We can help you build the documentation that supports that conversation.

What we’re building here

Protection you can prove.

Two things that matter: added protection for your property, and a documented file that supports your insurance conversations.

01

Your per-property record

Every enrolled home builds a documentation trail: the survivability assessment, a record of hardening measures completed against recognized guidance, and GraphGel™ deployment readiness.

02

Plain-language guidance

What carriers tend to look for in fire country, what Colorado’s and Utah’s new rules mean for you, and how to present your file, written for homeowners rather than underwriters.

03

Insurance partners

We’re building relationships with MGAs and carriers so the work done on a hardened, defended and documented home can be recognized when coverage is decided. We’ll name them here as each program goes live.

To be clear. Wildfire Guardian is not an insurer and does not provide insurance, set premiums, or offer premium credits. Any insurance premium, discount, or coverage outcome is determined solely by your insurer. What we can do is make sure the actions you take are evidenced rather than asserted.

Stay in the loop

Tell me when it’s ready.

One email when the insurance guidance goes live. If you have a question in the meantime, ask it. A specialist replies within one business day.

Underwriters, MGAs and carriers: request the per-property documentation package and the GraphGel™ credential file at info@thewildfireguardian.com.
