Traditional wildfire preparation leaves gaps when only some homeowners take action. The Wildfire Guardian changes that with coordinated, professionally applied protection across your entire community.
Community Protection
Professional Deployment

Our experienced private firefighters come to your neighborhood and personally apply proven GraphGel™ technology to each participating home. They assess conditions in real-time and adapt the application to each property's unique factors, creating a complete defense shield for your community.
Built for closed-loop neighborhoods and HOA communities of 18+ homes where defensible space and individual efforts aren't enough.
Your community has probably seen the presentations promoting fire hardening, defensible space, pool pump systems, and basic readiness plans. Maybe a few neighbors have taken individual action by cutting back trees or installing sprinklers, hoping it's enough.
But when evacuation orders hit your neighborhood, everyone's asking the same question: Will our homes still be standing when we come back?
The reality facing communities in fire-prone areas:
When only some homeowners take precautions, embers don't care. They land on every roof. One unprotected home puts the entire block at risk.
Wildfire threats aren't rare events anymore. They're recurring, and every season brings new risks to your community.
Defensible space and fire hardening help, but they don't actively shield your homes' exterior surfaces when embers land and flames approach.
Gaps of $1.5 to $2.5 million between insurance coverage and actual replacement costs are common. Belongings are depreciated based on age, so you get far less than replacement cost.
Most neighborhoods lack a choreographed plan for what actually happens when wildfires threaten. Protection gets left to individual homeowner efforts and chance.
The Wildfire Guardian was created for communities tired of incomplete solutions and individual homeowner approaches that leave gaps. We understand the overwhelm communities face, whether it be too many presentations, not enough detail, or uncertainty about what actually works.
That's why we've built a complete system combining proven technology with professional execution:
1
Comprehensive evaluation of your community resulting in custom Property Guardian Risk Analysis Reports for each participating home
2
Our proprietary, eco-safe fire retardant coating that bonds to home exteriors, creating an active barrier against heat, flames, and ember attacks across your entire neighborhood
3
Experienced firefighting professionals who coordinate and execute protection across all participating homes when wildfire threatens
4
Regular equipment checks, annual drill, and readiness protocols so your neighborhood is always prepared
GraphGel™ offers a critical advantage: Unlike traditional water-based fire suppression methods that lose effectiveness as they evaporate, GraphGel™ performs equally well whether wet or dry. This means your homes maintain continuous protection throughout the entire wildfire event.
Certified safety and environmental compliance: GraphGel™ is lab certified to meet CalEPA toxicity standards and storm-drain runoff requirements, ensuring your neighborhood's protection doesn't compromise water quality or environmental safety. This demonstrates our commitment to responsible wildfire defense that protects your community and the surrounding ecosystem.
As Featured on ABC7 Los Angeles: Our GraphGel™ technology has been recognized as a breakthrough in wildfire defense, offering coordinated protection that traditional individual homeowner approaches can't match.
Our team visits your community with experienced private firefighters to evaluate wildfire risk across participating properties. Each homeowner receives a Property Guardian Risk Analysis Report. Your group asks questions directly to firefighting professionals and learns exactly what the system requires.
Once your neighborhood commits (minimum 18 homes), we design a protection plan for your community. Equipment (tanks, cabinets, and delivery systems) is installed across participating properties, customized to your neighborhood's layout and available water sources, including pool water where applicable.
When evacuation orders come, our trained team of private firefighters deploy to your neighborhood and apply GraphGel™ coating to all participating homes' exterior surfaces, allowing your community to evacuate with confidence. After the threat passes, we handle cleanup and ongoing system maintenance.

The first step is understanding your community's specific wildfire risk and whether The Wildfire Guardian system is right for your neighborhood.

Picture this scenario:
Evacuation orders come down for your community, but instead of panic and uncertainty, your neighborhood has a plan.
Professional firefighters coordinate across all participating homes. GraphGel™ coating is applied to every exterior, creating a proven barrier against ember attacks, radiant heat, and direct flame contact.
Everyone evacuates knowing their homes, belongings, and investments are actively protected.
When your community returns, the homes are standing - clean, intact, and everything your neighbors have built is still there.
That's the difference between individual homeowner efforts and coordinated professional protection.

GraphGel™ is our proprietary coating that creates an active defense barrier on home exterior surfaces across your entire community.
When applied by trained professionals, GraphGel™ bonds to all exterior surfaces and creates a protective layer that resists:
Unlike DIY products individual homeowners spray themselves, GraphGel™ requires professional deployment to ensure:
Using GraphGel™ in tandem with professional application by experienced firefighters offers several key advantages compared to other wildfire defense solutions:
What's the minimum number of homes needed?
We require a minimum of 18 participating homes in close proximity to establish a neighborhood protection system. This ensures efficient equipment deployment, coordinated logistics, and cost-effectiveness. Communities with more participating homes benefit from even better coordination.
Do ALL homeowners in the neighborhood need to participate?
No, but you need a minimum of 18 participating homes in proximity to each other. Non-participating homes won't receive protection. However, coordinated protection across most of a neighborhood significantly improves fire defense for the entire area compared to scattered individual efforts.
Does Wildfire Guardian work for HOA communities?
Absolutely. Whether you're an HOA, a gated community, or an informal neighborhood group, the system works the same way. The key requirement is coordinating at least 18 participating homes. HOA boards often find it easier to facilitate initial interest and organize group meetings, but each homeowner still makes their own participation and payment decision (this is not an HOA assessment or fee).
What does the equipment look like?
We install tanks and cabinets on each participating property designed to blend with home exteriors. Specific placement is determined during neighborhood assessment based on optimal access, water sources, and aesthetics. We work with each homeowner to minimize visual impact while maintaining system effectiveness.
What about cleanup after application?
Our team handles all GraphGel™ removal and cleanup after the wildfire threat passes. Some temporary landscaping impact may occur during application (protecting your home is the priority), but we work to minimize disruption and address any issues during cleanup.
How do we coordinate with our neighbors?
We recommend one or two community leaders gather interested neighbors for an initial group meeting. Our team can present to your group, answer questions collectively, and help facilitate the decision-making process. Once you have expressions of interest from 18+ homes, we schedule the formal neighborhood assessment.
What if a wildfire threatens during year 2 or 3 of our commitment?
That's exactly when the system proves its value. As long as your community maintains the commitment, our firefighters will deploy and apply GraphGel™ protection every time wildfire threatens your area, whether that's once, twice, or multiple times during your protection period.
Can we do a pilot with just common areas or a few homes first?
Unfortunately, no. The system requires coordination across a minimum of 18 homes to be viable. However, the free neighborhood assessment allows your community to fully understand the system, ask questions, and see exactly what's involved before committing.
Schedule a free neighborhood assessment and gather your interested neighbors to meet with our team and private firefighters. You'll get answers to all your questions and see exactly what the system requires and what protection looks like for your community.
There's no obligation. Just clear information so your neighborhood can make an informed decision.
